This Website is owned and operated by TN Solutions. We provide bookkeeping and tax filing services to businesses and individuals. These terms govern your access to the Website and any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Website.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from the use of this Website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.

Payment & Refund Terms

If you purchase services or products through this Website or via an electronic invoice provided by TN Solutions, the following terms apply:

  • Currency & Taxes: All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable GST/HST and QST will be applied based on the client's location and the nature of the service.
  • General Refund Eligibility:
    • Payments are eligible for a full refund only before the official commencement of services.
    • Specific conditions, administrative fees, and cancellation protocols are detailed in your individual Engagement Letter or Service Contract. In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and your signed Engagement Letter, the terms of the Engagement Letter shall prevail.
  • Definition of "Commencement of Work": To provide transparency and clarity, work is deemed to have officially commenced — and refund restrictions applied — based on the following triggers:
    • For Bookkeeping Clients: The moment the automated or manual email titled "Welcome to TN Solutions" is dispatched to your provided email address. This email serves as the formal initiation of our onboarding and file setup process.
    • For All Other Services: Once you receive a notification via email, our client portal, or professional messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Slack) confirming that our team has begun processing your file or project.
  • Non-Refundable Status: Once work has commenced as defined above, payments are generally non-refundable, subject to the specific exceptions below and applicable Quebec consumer laws.
  • Special Terms for Tax Filing Services: Once work has commenced on a tax file:
    • Any requested refund will be prorated based on the volume of work already completed (including document review and data entry).
    • The total refund amount for tax filing services, once work has commenced, shall not exceed 50% of the total service fee.
    • No refund will be issued once a draft return has been prepared or the file has been submitted to tax authorities (Revenu Québec / CRA).

Use of Information & Privacy (Law 25)

Your privacy is paramount. When you submit information via our contact forms or lead magnets:

  • Consent: By submitting a form, you provide express consent for TN Solutions to collect and use your personal information (name, email, phone number) to respond to your inquiry or provide requested services.
  • Purpose: Information is used solely for professional communication and service delivery. We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • Your Rights: Under Quebec’s Law 25, you have the right to access your data, request its rectification, or withdraw your consent at any time.

Code of Conduct
